In fact it's a regexp here, mean Realtek SDIO WLAN NICs.

SDIO, although I don't think there's any other interfaces
that can use OOB IRQ except SPI and SDIO, maybe UART? :-)

Yes. Currently OOB interrupt is not used at all.
