Hi Pavel,

besides this first for_each_present_section_nr(), what about writing a static inline
function that returns next_present_section_nr(-1) ?

Something like:

{
	return next_present_section_nr(-1);
}

pnum_begin = first_present_section_nr();

I think it will generate the same code, but maybe it is more readable?
