Subject: [PATCH] misc: ti-st: remove redundant variable 'type'

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@...onical.com>

Variable type is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'type' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
