Subject: [PATCH] Update TDA998x maintainer entry

Update my TDA998x HDMI encoder MAINTAINERS entry to include the
dt-bindings header, and a keyword pattern to catch patches containing
the DT compatible.  Also change the status to "maintained" rather than
"supported".
