Subject: [PATCH 7/7] thunderbolt: Remove redundant variable 'approved'

From: Colin Ian King <colin.king@...onical.com>

Variable 'approved' is being assigned but is never used hence it is
redundant and can be removed.

Cleans up clang warning:
warning: variable 'approved' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable]
