Subject: [PATCH 2/3] Staging: octeon-usb: Change coding style of CVMX_WAIT_FOR_FIELD32 marco.
Fixing coding style for CVMX_WAIT_FOR_FIELD32 was confusing. Also
encapsulates into parentheses timeout_usec.
