Subject: [PATCH 08/20] staging:rtl8192u: Rename bUsingBa - Style

Rename the member variable bUsingBa to using_ba. This change clears the
checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming.

The resulting changes are purely coding style and should not impact
runtime code execution.
