Oops, this must be DYNAMIC_FTRACE, not FUNCTION_TRACER, since
ftrace_location_range() is provided only if CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTACE=y.
(And CONFIG_DYNAMIC_FTRACE depends on FUNCTION_TRACER)
