Subject: [PATCH 6/7] remoteproc: Add Xilinx ZynqMP R5 remoteproc

There are cortex-r5 processors in Xilinx Zynq UltraScale+
MPSoC platforms. This remoteproc driver is to manage the
R5 processors.
