Hi, Dan

I am trying to understand in which case leads to this behavior.

The difference between this and the new one is this node gets too
much memory and leads to no memory for node 5.

I guess the reason is there are mem hole in this region, so it tries to add
FAKE_NODE_MIN_SIZE until it is enough.

FAKE_NODE_MIN_SIZE is 32M, while this fake node is 2000M larger than others.
This means the mem hole is that large?

In which case, eg. the physical numa layout, leads to this behavior?
