Subject: [PATCH 16/17] staging:rtl8192u: Rename BaStartSeqCtrl - Style

Rename BaStartSeqCtrl to start_seq_ctrl. This change clears the
checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming.

This is a coding style change which should not impact runtime code
execution.
