Subject: [PATCH 06/21] staging:rtl8192u: Rename ShortGI40Mhz - Style

Rename the bitfield member 'ShortGI40Mhz' to 'short_gi40_mhz', this
clears the checkpatch issue with CamelCase naming.

This change is a simple coding style change, which should have no
impact on runtime code execution.
