Ah, that's probably related to 58d1131777a4 or something related in that 
area - intel-iommu does its own thing when it comes to passthrough 
domains and doesn't actually support IOMMU_DOMAIN_IDENTITY. AFAICS this 
is benign other than the log noise, since it's never supported default 
domains at all anyway.
