Subject: [PATCH v5 02/12] KVM: VMX: refactor evmcs_sanitize_exec_ctrls()
Split off EVMCS1_UNSUPPORTED_* macros so we can re-use them when
enabling Enlightened VMCS for Hyper-V on KVM.
