Subject: [PATCH 09/26] nvmem: sunxi_sid: return -ENOMEM if kzalloc() fails

From: Bartosz Golaszewski <bgolaszewski@...libre.com>

The driver currently returns -EINVAL if kzalloc() fails in probe().
Change it to -ENOMEM as it should be.
