Subject: [GIT pull] perf fixes for 4.19

Greg,

please pull the latest perf-urgent-for-linus git tree from:

   git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip.git perf-urgent-for-linus

Two small fixes for perf tools:

 - Provide a strerror_r wrapper so lib/bpf can be built on systems without
   _GNU_SOURCE

 - Unbreak the man page generator when building out of tree

Thanks,

	tglx
