Subject: [V3 PATCH 2/2] selftests: watchdog: Add gettimeout and get|set pretimeout
Add command line arguments to call ioctl WDIOC_GETTIMEOUT,
WDIOC_GETPRETIMEOUT and WDIOC_SETPRETIMEOUT.
