Subject: [RFC PATCH 4/5] tracing/uprobes: Use dyn_event framework for uprobe events
Use dyn_event framework for uprobe events. This shows
uprobe events on "dynamic_events" file.
User can also define new uprobe events via dynamic_events.

However unlike kprobe-event tracer, the uprobe event interface expects the
user to calculate the offset of the probepoint in the object.
