Subject: [PATCH 1/2] EDAC, synopsys: Shorten static function names

Shorten static function names, remove the unnecessary 'synps_' prefix in
function names.

 [ bp: Drop the "edac_" prefix too as that prefix is reserved for
   EDAC core functions. ]
