These can all be !!kvm_read_cr4_bits(), a la the is_pse() line, which
coincidentally is a wrapper to kvm_read_cr4_bits(vcpu, X86_CR4_PSE).
And I think technically even the "!!" can be omitted, though bitwise
unions are definitely not my area of expertise.
