Subject: [PATCH 4/6] fuse: Implement fuse_attr_version_inc()

For cleanup purpose archive repeating pattern:

	spin_lock(&fc->lock);
	fi->attr_version = ++fc->attr_version;
	spin_unlock(&fc->lock);

into separate function.
