Again, please describe things in the commit message, e.g.
CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK_IPV4 and CONFIG_NF_CONNTRACK_IPV6 haven't existed since
commit:
a0ae2562c6c4 ("netfilter: conntrack: remove l3proto abstraction")
... so we can remove them from the arm64 defconfig.
