Subject: [PATCH v9 10/13] x86/resctrl: Fix the messages in rdt_last_cmd_printf
 and rdt_last_cmd_puts

Fix the messages in rdt_last_cmd_printf and rdt_last_cmd_puts to make
it more meaningful and consistent.
