Okay, I mixed kernel versions a bit. To be precise, this regression is
between v4.20-rc2 and v4.20-rc3. Bisecting pointed commit 383fb3ee8024
("ARM: spectre-v2: per-CPU vtables to work around big.Little systems").
I will post a bug report about the regression.
