Subject: [PATCH net-next 02/14] net: hns3: rename enable error interrupt functions

From: Shiju Jose <shiju.jose@...wei.com>

This patch
- renames the enable error interrupt functions.
The reason is that these functions
are used for both enable and disable error interrupts.

- removes redundant logs from the enable error interrupt functions.
