Subject: [Qemu-devel][PATCH 1/4] Add CET xsaves/xrstors related macros and structures.

CET protection in user mode and kernel mode relies on
specific MSRs, these MSRs' contents are automatically
saved/restored by xsaves/xrstors instructions.
