The DPHY is part of the same device. But to save resource count on FPGA, its values may be fixed and
Register interface disabled.

Ok I will update this in next version to say that it serializes access to different v4l subdev functions.

Ok. I will move this and other instances to previous line in next version.
I added like this as it makes it clear to count the number of arguments passed to the function.

Refer to section 9.9 line 867 - 871 in specification for CSI-2 version 2.0 07-Dec-2016 for details.
This is to send Generic Short packets (Data Type 0x08 to 0x0F) containing information like
opening/closing of shutters, triggering flashes, etc to application layer.
Other short packets like Frame Start/end, Line start/end, etc aren't sent to application layer.

Ok. Please share the patchset.
This is a run time configurable property.
We can have a design time configuration as 4 lanes but at run time config as 2 lanes depending on what the connected CSI2 Tx device supports.
Please let me know if there is a way to get this info from the upstream driver like camera sensor driver..
