I could not fix the phy reg setting for c1108800 setting in dts to look into.

Thanks for pointing my mistake.

Actually the dr_mode = "otg"; seem to be correct solution.
with this changes we need to fix the phy-meson8b-usb2.c to enable the
OTG bus port.
