Subject: [PATCH] usb: musb: Fix potential NULL dereference

We assign "urb->hcpriv = qh;" a few lines down. The valid qh for the urb is
hep->hcpriv in this code path.

Fixes: 714bc5ef3eda ("musb: potential use after free")
