Don't cast the function, just have a little wrapper with the right signature.

This can fail.  Call devm_add_action_or_reset instead and handle the return value.

The name needs to identify this part as opposed to any other ADCs plugged into the
board.  I would suggest using jz4725b of jz4740 as appropriate.
