Still time for Rob to comment if he want's to, but I think
with few tweaks as below this matches what he asked for.

Applied to the togreg branch of iio.git and pushed out as testing for the
autobuilders to play with it.

The label is only useful if something is going to cross reference it.
Can't see that happening so dropped it. Above now reads.
