Subject: [PATCH v1 01/16] powerpc: CONFIG_THREAD_INFO_IN_TASK series

This patch is a squashed version of the
CONFIG_THREAD_INFO_IN_TASK series to make building robots
happy until that serie appears in powerpc/next.
