Subject: [PATCH] staging: android: vsoc: Remove
VSOC_WAIT_FOR_INCOMING_INTERRUPT
As mentioned in TODO list, Removed VSOC_WAIT_FOR_INCOMING_INTERRUPT
ioctl. This functionality has been superseded by the futex and is
there for legacy reasons.
