Subject: [PATCH 31/32] locking: Introduce spin_[un]lock_bh_mask()

It allows us to extend the coverage of vector finegrained masking
throughout softirq safe locking. This is especially interesting with
networking that makes extensive use of it.

It works the same way as local_bh_disable_mask():

    bh = spin_lock_bh_mask(lock, BIT(NET_RX_SOFTIRQ));
    [...]
    spin_unlock_bh_mask(lock, bh);
