Subject: [PATCH 4/4] perf tools: Use sysfs__mountpoint() when reading cpu topology

Using sysfs__mountpoint() when reading sysfs files
for cpu/numa topology.

Also using scnprintf instead of sprintf as suggested
by Namhyung.
