Maybe you can define a macro (totally untested) to build the table an
avoid some of the repetition, something like:

#define ETHTOOL_LINK_NAME(speed, duplex) \
	[ETHTOOL_LINK_MODE_##speed_##duplex_BIT]	= stringify(speed ## "/" ##
duplex)
