Subject: [PATCH v4 4/5] soc: qcom: socinfo: Expose custom attributes

The Qualcomm socinfo provides a number of additional attributes,
add these to the socinfo driver and expose them via debugfs
functionality.

Signed-off-by: Vaishali Thakkar <vaishali.thakkar@...aro.org>

	  debugfs is disabled
Changes since v2:
        - None
Changes since v1:
        - Remove unnecessary debugfs dir creation check
        - Align ifdefs to left
