I guess a comment would be useful?

    - Invalidations by %IOMMU_INV_GRANU_ADDR use field @addr_info.
    - Invalidations by %IOMMU_INV_GRANU_PASID use field @pasid.
    - Invalidations by %IOMMU_INV_GRANU_DOMAIN don't take an argument.
