Subject: [PATCH v1 24/27] powerpc: define subarch SLB_ADDR_LIMIT_DEFAULT

This patch defines a subarch specific SLB_ADDR_LIMIT_DEFAULT
to remove the #ifdefs around the setup of mm->context.slb_addr_limit
