Subject: [PATCH] dma: select GENERIC_ALLOCATOR for DMA_REMAP

When DMA_REMAP is enabled, code in remap.c needs generic allocator.
It currently worked since few architectures uses it (arm64, csky) and
they both select GENERIC_ALLOCATOR.
