Subject: [PATCH tip/core/rcu 17/18] rcu: Fix typo in tree_exp.h comment

This commit changes a rcu_exp_handler() comment from rcu_preempt_defer_qs()
to rcu_preempt_deferred_qs() in order to better match reality.
