Subject: [PATCH 1/5] kbuild: move samples/ to KBUILD_VMLINUX_OBJS

Handle samples/ like the other top-level directories to simplify
the Makefile.

Include include/config/auto.conf earlier to evaluate
drivers-$(CONFIG_SAMPLES).
