Subject: [RFC] [PATCH] oops: add "begin trace" + oops_id to match "end trace"
 + oops_id

From: Randy Dunlap <rdunlap@...radead.org>

Print a "begin trace" + oops ID number to match the current
"end trace" + oops ID number.

Example:

Can the "begin trace" event happen multiple times before "end trace"?
If so, this code won't handle that situation and the output would be
confusing, like this:
  begin trace 000dead
  begin trace 000deae
  end trace 00deae
  end trace 00deae
That would be very bad and this patch should go away.
