Subject: [PATCH 5.0 06/32] l2ip: fix possible use-after-free

From: Eric Dumazet <edumazet@...gle.com>

[ Upstream commit a622b40035d16196bf19b2b33b854862595245fc ]

Before taking a refcount on a rcu protected structure,
we need to make sure the refcount is not zero.

syzbot reported :

refcount_t: increment on 0; use-after-free.
