Subject: remove unneeded #ifdef MODULE

Hi folks,

here're some patches that remove some (IMHO) unncessary cases of #ifdef MODULE
These basically switch off calls to MODULE_DEVICE_TABLE() macro, which already
checks for MODULE symbol on its own.
