It is up to the MIPS maintainers to choose but I think the current trend
is to avoid adding more configs and keep everything too board specific
out of tree. However, the config is already there and I'm not sure we
can get something like multi_v7 that would enable as many features as
possible anyway.

Maybe this could use a more generic name, as ultimately you'd want to
also support other mscc platforms.
