It is selected by default by DRM_PANFROST. The difference is that
PANFROST selects it as module. The 'y' is chosen because of:
  SCSI_UFSHCD [=y] && SCSI_LOWLEVEL [=y] && SCSI [=y] && SCSI_DMA [=y]
