Subject: [PATCH v4 2/9] KVM: VMX: Add control flags for SPP enabling

Check SPP capability in MSR_IA32_VMX_PROCBASED_CTLS2, its 23-bit
indicates SPP support. Mark SPP bit in CPU capabilities bitmap if
it's supported.
