p->vrows == 0 looks like something that really should be impossible. Is
this really needed to fix your bug?

This part here makes sense, but means that the ypos rollover somewhere
else in fbcon.c is buggy or racy. I think the right fix would be to adjust
ywrap_up and ywrap_down to not just substract/add p->vcrows once, but do
the modulus like you do here.

Probably same issue with ypan_up and ypan_up/down(_redraw). Doing a

	count %= p->vrows;

or
	
	count %= p->vrows - vc->vc_rows;

first should fix this.
