Subject: [PATCH 14/22] staging: erofs: tidy up zpvec.h

- use shorter function names:
  z_erofs_pagevec_enqueue and z_erofs_pagevec_dequeue;
- minor code cleanup.

In order to keep in line with erofs-outofstaging patchset.
